Kimberley Jackson: I am responsible for the strategic direction and decision making that supports the delivery of effective and efficient services to our clients. I facilitate a team approach and the opportunity for personal development for clients and staff. I believe that people have the power to solve their own problems, accordingly I am an avid supporter of positive youth development and community empowerment. This position affords me the opportunity to witness and experience the transformation of people within my community which enriches my personal and professional life.

Programmes Manager
Jeanene Todd: I am responsible for the oversight of the SuperCamp Senior Forum and Follow Through phase of the Community Programme. I also manage all middle school programming, drop in service, work readiness coaching and the out of school suspension support services. Essentially, I am the go to person to set up all new programming. In all areas, I am a case manager, performance coach, lead trainer, group and camp facilitator. I interface with the clients and team members to support them in achieving their goals and programme outcomes. Another key area of my responsibility is linking and coordinating services with organizations in the community. I know that if I can support one youth in transforming their life then I am making a difference in my community.

Life Coach Manager
Joanne Woods: I am responsible for the management of the Follow Through phase of our Community Programme. I create opportunities for real life experiences and manage the coaching contacts with our youth and Life Coaches. The 8 “Keys of Excellence” and one- on- one coaching helps the youth realize their greatest potential. This position gives me the opportunity to work and live my passion of supporting and collaborating with parents. Making the connections between youth, healthy adults and parents helps to strengthen family and community relations. I am a resource guru as I network with schools, parents, employers and other community agencies for the success of our clients.

Acting Recruitment and Enrolment Manager
Iesha Musson: As the Acting Recruitment and Enrolment Manager, my job is to raise awareness about the many possibilities Mirrors has to offer for both participants and volunteers and that we are effectively represented within the community. I work in partnership with each member of our team to ensure we meet our goals for each programme successfully. Each day is a new day to learn something different and grow, and working in this role I get to experience this feeling every day, which makes my job exciting!

Administrative Assistant
Katrina Stowe: As the Administrative Assistant / Accounts, my role has a dual function. Not only do I have the opportunity to support each manager with respective programmes, I am also responsible for maintaining the budget and ensuring that our expenses are processed. After volunteering with the team as a Life Coach and more recently as an Office Support, I knew I wanted to be a part of the best team in Bermuda! At Mirrors, no two days are the alike which enables us to put many of those 8 Keys into action. I gain satisfaction by knowing that my support enables the team to “transform our community one person at a time”.

Junior Administrator/Receptionist
Zakee Govia: As Mirrors Junior Administrator, my role is to be the first contact of the organization and a positive role model to all young people and our community. I am blessed to see the growth and blessings that I encounter each day. I assist with administration to ensure the office runs smoothly. Additionally, I work as the key production support which is about setting up the various venues, handling the logistics for events and anything else required to make programming run efficiently. I have the flexibility to take on multiple tasks expanding my gift of learning quickly. Working with the organization and young people has been intriguing and thrilling as no two days are ever the same. I live my life through the “4 Agreements” and the “8 Keys of Excellence”.
